Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE
IS GIVEN that I, James O. Eyerman, hereby certify that MS 05-23 Hilton Carlsbad Beach Resort,
Parcel Map Number 20899, in the City of Carisbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed
as document no. 2011-0351449 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on July
12, 2011 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act
or any amendment thereto as foliows:
Corrections:
The street name of Ponto Drive as shown on Parcel Map No. 20899 shall be changed to Ponto
Road as listed below:
Sheet 1: Within Ownership Statement and City Engineer's Certificate.
Sheet 3: Within Easement 'E' to Howard F. Barton and Francel T. Barton and within
Detail B.
Sheet 4: The offer of dedication to the City of Carisbad for public street and public utility
purposes.
Sheet 5: Within items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the
date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been
notified of these corrections.
