RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution ant
recordation of a quitclaim to Lincoln Seascape, a Californi~
limited partnership, to relinquish all of the grantor's right,
title and interest in and to that certain easement File/Page No.
75-03041 recorded February 7, 1975 and File/Page No. 75-047291
recorded February 28, 1975 of the official records; as shown on
Exhibit A, attached thereto and made a part thereof.
