BOARD OF DIRECTORS, TO APPROVE OF AND AUTHORIZE
WATER DISTRICT INTERTIE AND METER VAULT WITH
CONTINENTAL RESIDENTIAL, INC.. CMWD PROJECT NO. 86-502.

a WHEREAS, Continental Residential, Inc., constructed a water transmission mair
9 intertie and meter vault with Vallecitos Water District as oversized facilities MJ
10 understanding that they would be reimbursed through a reimbursement agreement; and
WHEREAS, Continental Residential, Inc., is the developer of Rancho
11 WHEREAS, the total cost to be reimbursed by the District to Continental Residen
12 is $347,224 from funds obtained from the water connection fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the ( 13
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
