and arguments submitted in connectian with this matter, the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad did agree with the facts and
reasons stated in said Planning Commission Resolution and did
further find that said application for change of zone is premature
at the present time; and
5, That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby approve the action of the Planning Commission as shown by

Be it resolved by the City Council o€ the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
That by its Resolution No, 410, the Planning ConmissSon
O€ the City of Carlsbad denied the application of Jack Y, Kubota

2. That said applicants filed a written appeal from said
action -02 the Planning Commission; and
The City Council did hold duly and properly noticed 3,
public hearings to consider said appeal and to hear any and all,
evidence offered in connection therewith; and
