RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING MEMBERSHIP IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EMERGENCY SERVICES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Southern California Emergency Services Association (hereinafter referred to as SCESA) is a nonprofit organization comprised of persons from all levels of gov- ernment as well as individuals from the private sector, and
WHEREAS, the purpose of SCESA is to improve emergency planning, training and response techniques, and
WHEREAS, information presented in the SCESA seminars will aid staff in the formation of the District's emergency preparedness plan:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District does approve membership in SCESA.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 5th day of November, 1986.

WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting of
the Board held on the 5th day of November, 1986, and that it
was adopted by the following vote:
