CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO4 THE ARTS COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the term of Arts Commissioner Heath Fox expired in March 2010.
7 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

California, as follows:

10 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
11 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Arts
12 Commission for a term that expires in March 2014:
