RESOLUTION NO. 89-175
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING ACCESS RIGHTS FOR LOT
VENADO STREET.
473, CT 72-20 TO CADENCIA STREET AND DENYING ACCESS TO
WHEREAS, Cypress Abbey Corp., the owner of Lot 473, CT 72-20 has request
of Carlsbad grant access from their lot to Cadencia Street and waive access rights
Street; and
WHEREAS, Cypress Abbey Corp., has submitted a grant deed dated April 21, 1
relinquishes and waives their access rights appurtentnat to Lot 473, CT 72-20 in and
Street to the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in
interest to accept said Grant Deed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Cypress Abbey Corp., dated April
relinquishing and waiving access rights from Lot 473 in and to Cadencia which is c
the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That abutters right of access from Lot 473, CT 72-20 in and to Cadet
is hereby granted and the Mayor is authorized to execute a quitclaim deed to that c
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the Grant Deed from Cyprl
Corp. to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.

5. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the Quitclaim Deed to Cypr
Corp., 629 F. Street, Colma, CA 94014.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
held on the 6th day of June , 1989 by the following vote, to wit:
