A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR
APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZATION TO
PUBLISH AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND APPROPRIATE FUNDS
FOR PONTO SEWER MAIN REALIGNMENT AND EXISTING MANHOLE
REPAIRS - CMWD PROJECT NO. 93-403 - CONTRACT NO. 3432

California, has determined it necessary and in the public interest to approve plans and specific 7
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of

11 Replacement Funds; and
