HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-10-20; City Council; Resolution 2009-260EXHIBIT 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2009-260 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CORRECTIONS TO 3 THE AGRICULTURAL CONVERSION MITIGATION FEE GRANT FUNDING AMOUNTS SPECIFIED IN EXHIBIT A OF 4 PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 2009-199, WHICH AUTHORIZED THE ALLOCATION OF GRANT 5 FUNDS FROM THE AGRICULTURAL CONVERSION MITIGATION FEE FUND. 6 CASE NAME: AGRICULTURAL CONVERSION MITIGATION FEE FUNDING CORRECTIONS 7 WHEREAS, on July 28, 2009 the City Council of the City of Carlsbad adopted o Resolution No. 2009-199, which authorized the allocation of grant funds from the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee (ACMF) fund (Fund); and WHEREAS, the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee Ad Hoc Citizens Committee intended to recommend that $249,313 in ACMF funds be allocated to ACMF Grant Project (AGP) 09-02 and that $234,830 in ACMF funds be allocated to AGP 09-10; and WHEREAS, the ACMF funding amounts for AGP 09-02 and AGP 09-10 were displayed incorrectly in Exhibit A of Resolution No. 2009-199; and 1, WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct Exhibit A to accurately reflect the ACMF . „ funding amounts for AGP 09-02 and AGP 09-10. 18 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby jo resolve as follows: 20 1 • That the above recitations are true and correct. 21 2. That the City Council hereby approves the corrections to the ACMF funding amounts to be allocated to AGP 09-02 and AGP 09-10, as accurately reflected in the attached 22 "Exhibit A - Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee Program Committee Recommendation of 2009 Grant Applications and Environmental Review Status." 23 3.
