BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Rea
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution an
recordation of a quitclaim to Standard Pacific of San Diego,
California corporation, to relinquish all of the grantor's right
title and interest in and to that certain easement recorde
October 28, 1985, FilelPage No. 179225 of official records; a
shown on Exhibit A, attached thereto and made a part thereof.
