RESOLUTION NO. 675
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF WATER
TRANSMISSION MAIN REPLACEMENT IN EL
CAMINO REAL FROM PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD TO
FARADAY DRIVE - CMWD PROJECT NO. 85-605
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mun
Water District has determined that L. H. Woods & Sons, In(
completed the subject project in accordance with the 1
specifications and terms of the contract document: and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has recommended tha
Board of Directors accept the facilities constructed by
Woods & Sons, Inc., authorize the Secretary to file a "Not.
Completion", and authorize the General Manager to releas
final retention of $54,850.76.
NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Direct1
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the water main transm
replacement in El Camino Real from Palomar Airpor
to Faraday Drive, Project No. 85-605, is hereby
complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the Secretary is hereby authorized and direc
record the "Notice of CompletionI1.
4. That the General Manager is authorized to relea;
final retention of $54,850.76, the securities h(
insure faithful performance, to L. H. Woods and
