A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH BATlQUlTOS 12” WATER
MAIN AND SEWAGE FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT, CMWD
PROJECT NO. 85-401, CONTRACT NO. 34521134522.
WHEREAS, the construction of the North Batiquitos 12” Water Main and Sew:
Main Replacement, CMWD Project No. 85-401, Contract No. 34521/34222, t-
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the North Batiquitos 12” Water Main and Sew2
Main Replacement, specifically identified as CMWD Project No. 85-401, Contract No.
deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record the Notice of C
of said project and release bonds in accordance with State Law and District Codes.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Board of D
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 15th day of / , 1998 by the
