A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE JEFFERSON STREET 12’ WATER MAIN AND REACH 5A
VISTNCARLSBAD INTERCEPTOR SEWER REPLACEMENT
PROJECT, CMWD PROJECT NO. 94-101, CONTRACT N0.31821A-
35331-35581.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Jefferson Street 12” water main and reach

31821A-35331-35581 has been satisfactorily completed; and 8
VistalCarlsbad interceptor sewer replacement project, CMWD Project No. 94-101, Contract
9 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls 11
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
