RESOLUTION NO. 2015-027
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A PLANNING COMMISSIONER TO THE
AGRICULTURAL CONVERSION MITIGATION FEE AD HOC CITIZENS'
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Committee Member Michael Schumacher has resigned from the Committee,
leaving a vacancy for one member from the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission.
WHEREAS, on September 10, 2013, the agricultural conversion mitigation fee funds were
reallocated, the term of the committee was renewed for an additional four year term, the
current budget was approved, and members were appointed for four year terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Planning Commissioner Kerry Siekmann is hereby appointed to serve as a
member of the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee Ad Hoc Citizens' Advisory
Committee, for a term expiring September 9, 2017, or until all mitigation funds have
been allocated, whichever occurs first.

of Carlsbad on the 10*'' day of February, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
