Parking: According to Planning Department Administrative
Policy No. 14, dated December 12 , 1986, all Itspec1I buildings
must have a parking ratio of 1:250.
Landscaping: Additional landscaped areas in addition to the required setback areas. '
Recreation Areas: Some provision to be made for recreation/relaxation areas for employees, to be set aside
for this use exclusively.
Architecture: Architectural detailing to relieve the plain concrete facades with texture, color, relief features, and roof/parapet treatment.

condominiums, please arrange to meet with myself and either Gary
Wayne or Charlie Grimm at the Carlsbad Planning Office. Please
let me know if you do not wish to proceed with the PIP.
