Holzmiller City of Carlsbad Planning Department 2075 Las Polmas Avenue Carlsbad, California 92009-4859 RE: Lot #21 Carlsbad Oaks Business Center; Carlsbad, California Dear Mr. Holzmiller: Winger Development Company is in receipt of your correspondance dated April 1, 1988 acknowedging our site plan submission for the property indicated herein, and assigning Ms. Murray Fulford as the project planner. As you may recall Mr. Frank Rice, from Bedford Properties, Inc. and myself met with you on February 10, 1988 to discuss the City of Carlsbad processing time for a site plan approval under a P.I.P. (Planned Industrial Permit). Based upon your comments as to the Planning Department process and their respective time requirements Bedford Properties, Inc. and Winger Development entered into a contract for the purchase of the subject site. On March 22, 1988 we submitted our site plan for review, a week and half later I received your acknowledgement. Since that acknowledgement our consultants and I have met with Murray Fulford and Bob Watchman, and resubmitted corrected drawings on April 22, 1988. To date no one from the City has given me a date on which we may expect our plan's review to have been completed. I would like to know at this time when we can expect the plan review to have been completed and Conditions of Approval given, as our contractural deadline is May 4, 1988.
