SUBJECT: ADDITIONAL CONDITION RESOLUTION NO. 1920
Staff recommends the following condition be added as No. 2 of the General Conditions section of Resolution No. 1920:
"2. Approval for CUP-l40(B) shall be contingent upon the
closing of escrow and the ratification of the City
Council of the negotiations to purchase the 27 acre
parcel by the city of Carlsbad from the County of San
Diego."
