Dear Mr. Ruiz:
As I indicated this morning, I am very anxious to present the most attractive appearance of our building at 6212 Corte del Abeto to our neighbors and to Palomar Airport Road.
I firmly believe that dense landscaping completely screening our equipment will be substantially more attractive than a solid concrete wall.
With your forebearance, I would like to install a landscape barrier and submit it for your department's approval. If you don't conclude that it is truly more attractive and satisfactory than a concrete'wall, I will remove it and replace it immedi- ately with a concrete wall.
I appreciate your past courtesies, and apologize for my mis- understanding in this matter.
