During the review of the Conditional Use Permit, staff observed that one of the conditions of approval for this project is not being met. Condition No. 9 of Resolution No. 4009 approved November 6, 1996, which is enclosed for your convenience, states that the Developer/Operator shall comply with ANSI/IEEE standards for EMF emissions' and shall submit a project implementation report which provides cumulative field measurements of radio frequency (EMF) power densities of all antennas installed at the subject site. Currently, there is no report in the project file. Please provide the report as soon as possible. Developer shall comply with the City's Stormwater Regulations. Developer shall implement best management practices at all times. Best management practices include but are not limited to pollution treatment practices or devices, erosion control to control silt runoff during construction, general housekeeping practices, pollution prevention and educational practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices or devices to prevent or reduce the discharge of pollutants to stormwater, receiving water or stormwater conveyance system to the maximum extent practicable.
