Clark 77-170 Indiana Avenue Palm Desert, CA 92260 RE: CP 92-04(A) - 7189 ESTRELLA DE MAR ROAD/ The City has completed a review of the application for a condominium amendment located at 7189 Estrella De Mar Road. It is the Planning Director's determination that based on the attached conditions, the project is consistent with the City's condominium regulations (Chapter 21.45) and with all other applicable City Ordinances and Policies. Further, the project has been found to be categorically exempt from environmental review according to Section 15305.070(11)(4c) of the California Environmental Quality Act and a Notice of Exemptions will be filed. This memo, including the listed findings and conditions, constitutes approval of CP 92- 04(A). Findings: 1. The project is consistent with the City's General Plan Land Use Element, and with all other elements of the City's General Plan. 2. The project is consistent with the design criteria and development standards of Chapter 21.45 (Planned Development Ordinance) of the City's Zoning Code. Conditions: 1. Approval is granted for CP 92-04(A) as shown on Exhibits) "A" and "P, dated October 13,1992, on file in the Planning Department and incorporated herein by reference. 2. Unless otherwise stated herein, this condominium project shall comply with all applicable City Ordinances and requirements. 3.
