Refer to PS 95-10 - Artecon Please add the following text to the site plan or elevation plan: A) All signs shall receive a permit from the City of Carlsbad prior to installation. B) All signs shall conform to the City's sign ordinance and the criteria of this program. Any change to the sign criteria shall require a formal amendment subject to the Planning Director's approval. C) Sign text and logo shall not exceed 18 inches in height. The backdrop (yellow portion), which is considered a part of the sign, shall not exceed 20 feet in length and 2 feet 6 inches in height. D) Except for address numbers and directional signs, all signs shall be limited to displaying the business name and / or logo. E) Sign material shall be limited to foam, wood, plastic, metal or other material found acceptable by the Planning Director. Exterior and interior illuminated signs shall be permitted. The design of such lighting is subject to Planning Director's approval.
