Dear Sir:
The property at 2906 Carlsbad Blvd. Is presently
zoned C-2 .(General Commercial). The existing use of
the property is for professional office which has a
parking requirement of one parking space per 400 sq.
ft. of gross floor area (Sec. 21.44.130(2)). Any other
use could occupy the building if said use has the same
or a lesser parking requirement. Pursuant to Sec. 21.
44.130t9), a fishing supply store would seem to have a
lesser pctrfclng requirement (one per 600 sq. ft. of gross
riooc area) and could occupy the structure.
