South Shore Of Buena Vista Lagoon, West Of The At&Sf Railroad,
North Of Mountain View Drive, Carlsbad (San Diego County)
Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end
of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 500 PM on July 27, 1998.
