Attached to this memo is a copy of the Homeowners Association (HOA) approval letter for Villa
36, First La Costa Condominiums at 7189 Estrella De Mar Road.
The HOA's approval requires among other things that they be given a copy of all permits prior
to their final approval (Condition No. 3). You have required the HOA's approval prior to
issuing permits so what we have is a standoff of sorts.
Since none of the HOA's Conditions of Approval deal with the physical appearance, structural
integrity or general concept of this project, we request that this letter be considered their approval
and that you release these plans for permits.
