- BEGINNING at the southerly corner of said Tract 251; thence North 28"39'00" West, 582.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING also being a point on the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the east and having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence along said curve 31.41 feet through a central angle of 90"OO'OO"; thence South 61"21'00" West 20.00 feet; thence South 28"39'00" East, 20.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

, CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed or
easement, dated 4 / 4 / 9 6 ,from Carlsbad Unified School District
to the City of 'Carlsbad, G&.fornia, a political corporation and/or governmental agency, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Carlsbad,
California, pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 91-71 of the City of Carlsbad,
