Grenshaw Blvd., #E106 Torrance, CA 92053 Subject: Revisions to PIP 88-2 Dear Mr. Schoenfeld: We have reviewed your proposed revision to PIP 88-2 which provides secondary emergency vehicle access to the central loading area. The revision is APPROVED according to Exhibits Rev. 1 and Rev. 2, subject to the following conditions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The foundation sills for buildings I1AI1 and IiBtt shall be sunk low enough to allow a minimum of one foot depth of growing area for the planting strip adjacent to the buildings. This area shall be cleared of all building debris and backfilled with a planting mix. The concrete turf block shall be a type approved by the Fire Department for surfacing areas to be used for emergency vehicle access. The employee eating area which has been removed from the aisle between building IlAIl and IgBlV shall be replaced by enlarging the remaining employee areas. The total area provided shall be in accordance with SP 200, Section IVF. Parking shall be in accordance with the breakdown shown on Exhibit Rev. 1. The secondary driveway aisle between buildings *lAgP and IlB*l shall be signposted IIEmergency Vehicles Only". I John Schoenfeld ’ July 12, 1988 Paqe Two 6.
