The-of said right of way easement in the aforesaid Iand is particuIarIy described as

Beginning at Corner 8 of Lot I of said Rancho Agua Hedionda as per record of Survey 5289 recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County; thence North IS0 32' 12" East. 31.08 feet to a point in
the sd-tangent of that certain 700.00 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly in the center line of County Road Survey. No . 682, according to plot thereof filed in the office of the County Surveyor
of said County; thence along the said semi-tangent.to and along said center line of County Road. north 41' 59' bas' ,%st, 234.51 feet; thence South 12' 01' 22" West along the northerly prolongation of and the
Easterly boundary line of Laguna Riviera per Map No . 5871 recorded in
the office of the Recorder of said County, 1309.26 feet to the South-
east corger of Lot 35 of Laguna Riviera per said Map No. 587 1 ; thence South 77 58' 38" East, n. 500 feet; .thence north l2O 01' 22" East, 188.33 feet; thence Worth 18 32' 12" East 958.46 feet to the point
of beginning.

easement for the purpose of erecting, constructing, reconstructing, replacing, repairing. maintaining, and operating
system, sewerage, drainage. powcr line, excavation, and/or embankment faciIities and appurtenances thereto, togethe,
the right of ingress and egress to and from said right of' way by practical route or routes in, upon, over, and acro:
aforesaid Iands, together with the right to clear and keep dear said right of way from buildings, structures, trees
brush, and any similar surface or subsurface encroachment which may interfere with reasonable and proper use c
