FE RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY AT CANNON ROAD
OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT ACROSS SANTA

6 resolve as follows:
7 That certain easement across the Santa Fe Railway
8 Company Right of Way at Cannon Road is hereby accepted.
9 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting (
