PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE If you desire to speak concerning an item listed on the agenda, a white "Speaker Slip" form should be filed with the Commission Minutes Clerk. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. Please remember to state your name and address for the record. CONSENT CALENDAR: None All items listed under consent calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion as listed, unless an item is requested to be removed for discussion by a Commission member. PUBLIC COMMENT: In conformance with the Brown Act, no Council action can occur on items presented during Public Comment. A total of 15 minutes is provided so members of the public can address the Council on items that are not listed on the Agenda. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each. If you desire to speak during Public Comment, fill out a SPEAKER CARD and submit it to the City Clerk. If there are more than five (5) speakers, the remaining speakers will be heard at the end of the agenda just prior to Council Reports. SR # 0220-1 ADA BEACH ACCESS FEASIBILITY STUDY AND TRAIL CONNECTIVITY TO TAMARACK STATE BEACH FEASIBILITY STUDY City parks & recreation staff will present an overview of the feasibility studies. 2. SR # 0220-2 ELECTION OF OFFICERS The commission will solicit nominations and elect commission officers (chairperson and vice chairperson) for the 2020 calendar year. 3. SR # 0220-3 ELECTION OF AD-HOC COMMITTEE FOR PLANNING AND COORDINATING A NORTHERN BEACH CLEAN-UP EVENT The commission will solicit nominations and elect an ad-hoc committee for planning and coordinating a beach clean-up event on the city controlled northern beach. 4. SR # 0220-4 STATE OF CA DEPARTMENT OF PARKS & RECREATION ACTIVITIES City parks & recreation staff will provide a summary of activities on behalf of State of California Department of Parks & Recreation, San Diego Coast District, North Sector. The remainder of the categories is for reporting purposes. In conformance with the Brown Act, no public testimony and no Commission action can occur on these items.
