A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD TOURISM
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the term of Robert Rauch on the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District
(CTBID) Advisory Board expired and he is eligible for reappointment; and
WHEREAS, the CTBID Advisory Board has one scheduled vacancy for a term ending in January
2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad appoints the following member to serve on
the CTBID Advisory Board, for a term ending in January 2025.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 19th day of January, 2021, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Acosta, Bhat-Patel, Schumacher.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
