SEE SPECIF/CATIONS FOR STA TE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS. 13. NO BLASTING SHALL BE COMMENCED WITHOUT A CITY ENGINEER APPROVED BLASTING PROGRAM. 14. THE EXISTENCE AND LOCATION OF UTILITY STRUCTURES AND FACILITIES SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS WERE OBTAINED BY A SEARCH OF THE AVAILABLE RECORDS.
