CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I, Michael S. Butcher, hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract 15-09, Map No. 16196 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2017-7000197 in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of San Diego on June 2, 2017, is in error and is corrected in accordance
with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
Sheet 4
The southwest endpoint of that certain course in Lot 1 shown and described as "N07°24'24"E, 283.98",
was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of pilaster, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18"
iron pipe.
The northeast endpoint of that certain course in Lot 1 shown and described as "N12°13135"E, 92.87",
was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of pilaster, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18"
iron pipe.
The northwest endpoint of that certain course in Lot 1 shown and described as "NO3°06'31"W, 10.61",
was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete sidewalk at the actual corner,
in addition to the lead and tag set at an offset of 9.75' per the legend described in the aforementioned
Certificate of Correction.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of
all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or
recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.

of the undersigned registered civil engineer or professional land surveyor.
I, Jason S. Geldert, as the city engineer of the City of Carlsbad, State of California, certify that I have
examined the foregoing Certificate of Correction and find that the only changes shown hereon are
changes provided for by Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto.
