Mellom, hereby certify that Minor Subdivision No. 16-04, Parcel Map No. 21433, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2016-7000548 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on December 28'" 2016 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows: Corrections: In lieu of a 2" iron pipe and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" set at the northerly terminus of the easterly property line of Parcel 3, having a course labeled North 01°12'45" East 431.33 feet, a 2" iron pipe and brass disk stamped "LS 4611" was found per Map No. 14960 and Certificate of Correction recorded March 1, 2007 as Doc. No. 2007-0140625. In lieu of a 3/4" iron pipe with nail and disk in concrete marked "LS 8537", a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" was set South 69°05'13" East 2.00 feet in concrete on a service yard deck from the northwesterly terminus of that common line of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 having a course labeled North 69°05'13 West, 177.75 feet. In lieu of a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" set radial at an offset of 9.75 feet from the actual corner, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537"was set in concrete at the northerly terminus of the easterly property line of Parcel 1 having a course labeled North 20°56'01" East 358.45 feet. In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map.
