CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that!, Michael S. Butcher, hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract CT 16-05, Map No. 16216 in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2017-7000336 in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on September 1, 2017, is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:

Sheet 5
The northeast corner of Lot 1 was monumented by a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 6922",
on a 1.00' offset southerly of the lot corner along the easterly lot line.
The northeast corner of Lot 3 was monumented by a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 6922",
on a 2.00' offset southerly of the lot corner along the easterly lot line.
The northeast corner of Lot 4 was monumented by a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 6922",
on a 3.00' offset southerly of the lot corner along the easterly lot line.
The northeast corner of Lot 12 was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of
wall, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe.
The centerline intersection of Villeta Avenue and Estero Road was monumented by a lead and tag
stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete at the following offsets: S84°26'11"E, 43.50', N84°26111"W,
36.00', S4°26'11"E, 12.00' and N4°26'11"W, 12.00'. All in lieu of the standard M-10 survey well
monument set at a 5.00' offset northerly of the intersection.
The centerline intersection of Villeta Avenue and Candelas Street was monumented by a lead and tag
stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete at the following offsets: N86°02'13"E, 37.00', 586°02'13"W,
37.00', S3°57147"E, 41.50', and N3'57'47"W, 12.00'. All in lieu of the standard M-10 survey well
monument set at a 5.00' offset northerly of the intersection.
Sheet 6
The northeast corner of Lot 20 was monumented by a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 6922",
on a 0.50' offset easterly of the lot corner along an extension of the northerly lot line.
The most easterly and most northerly corners of Lot 50 were monumented by a lead and tag stamped
"LS 6922" set in the top of wall, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe.

The endpoints of that certain course common to Lot 52 and 57 shown and described as "N84°39'06"W,
17.06", were monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of wall, in lieu of
a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe.
The endpoints of that certain course in Lot 56 shown and described as "N48°57'46"W, 18.16", were
monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete sidewalk at the lot corner, in
addition to the lead and tag set at an offset per the legend on sheet 3.
The endpoints of that certain course in Lot 58 shown and described as "N41°10'30"E, 17.35", were
monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete sidewalk at the lot corner, in
addition to the lead and tag set at an offset per the legend on sheet 3.
The most easterly corner of Lot 59, and the endpoints of that certain course shown and described as
"N4426'1 1"W, 18.77", were monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete
sidewalk at the lot corner, in addition to the a lead and tag set at an offset per the legend on sheet 3.
The centerline intersection of Estero Road and Candelas Street was monumented by a lead and tag
stamped "LS 6922" in the concrete at the following offsets: N7°24'24"E, 43.50', S7°24'24"W, 32.00',
N72°35'36"W, 36.50' and S72°35'36"E, 16.00'. All in lieu of the standard M-10 survey well monument.
Sheet 7
The northeast and southeast corners of Lot 64 were monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS
6922" set in the top of wall, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe.
The northeast corner of Lot 25 was monumented by a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 6922",
on a 0.50' offset easterly of the lot corner along an extension of the northerly lot line.
The southwest endpoint of that certain course in Lot 27 shown and described as "N07°24'24"E, 21.00",
was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of wall, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron
pipe.
The northwesterly endpoint of the certain course in Lot 27 shown and described as "N22°24'56"W,
13.29", was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of curb on an offset of
7.50', in addition to the lead and tag offset per the legend on sheet 3.
The northeasterly endpoint of the certain course in Lot 28 shown and described as "N70°04'39"E
13.48", was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the top of curb on an offset of
7.50', in addition to the lead and tag offset per the legend on sheet 3.
The northwesterly endpoint of that certain course in Lot 49 shown and described as "N18°06'57"W,
17.33", was monumented by a lead and tag stamped "LS 6922" set in the concrete sidewalk at the lot
corner, in addition to the lead and tag offset per the legend on sheet 3.
