Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I, Vincent L. Sampo, hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract No. 2016-0002, Map No. 16308 in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2018-7000420 in
the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on October 30, 2018 is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
Condominium Statement on sheet 1 of said map has been corrected to reflect the increase of 4
Residential Dwelling Units and the decrease of 4 Office Spaces and now reads as follows "This
subdivision is a condominium project as defined in Section 4125 of the Civil Code of the State
of California, Consisting of 1 Leasable Office Space and 7 Dwelling Units."
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of
all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or
recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these corrections.
