Approve 2021 meeting schedule as attached.
Executive Summary/Discussion
The Historic Preservation Commission meets on the second Monday of every other month (odd-numbered months). The
Commission has historically met at either 5:00, 5:30, or 6:00 p.m. During the current public health situation there is a
request to follow City Council and other Boards and Commissions and meet during traditional working hours, to meet
virtually, and to cancel meetings when possible. As such, the 2021 proposed calendar notes a 4:00 start time and virtual
teleconference meetings.

Post schedule of 2021 meetings in appropriate locations.
