RESOLUTION NO, 2021-063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Tina Schmidt was appointed to the Arts Commission in April 2010 to
fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Millsap, for a term ending in March 2013; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Schmidt was reappointed in February 2013 and February 2017; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Schmidt is not eligible for reappointment; and
WHEREAS, a scheduled vacancy on the Arts Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Arts Commission, for a term
ending in March 2025, or until a replacement is appointed.

Carlsbad on the 16th day of March, 2021, by the following vote, to wit:
