RELEASE OF NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 18, 1996, a Notice of Restriction on Real
Property was conditioned for the approval of a Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 96-01, to give
notice of the obligations and restrictions imposed and binding by said approval on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders relating to the above described property. The Notice of
Restriction, recorded as Document No. 1996-0609629 on December 5, 1996, is hereby released
since said approval expired on September 18, 2001 and is null and void and of no further
force or effect in accordance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 21.42.110.C, and the
City Planner has the authority to execute and record a release which terminates the Notice
of Restriction.
