RELEASE OF NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 2, 2003, a Notice of Restriction on Real Property
was conditioned for the approval of a Conditional Use Permit, Special Use Permit and Coastal
Development Permit Nos. CUP 02-18, SUP 02-02 and CDP 02-33, to give notice of the obligations
and restrictions imposed and binding by said approval on all present or future interest holders or
estate holders relating to the above described -property. The Notice of Restriction, recorded as
Document No. 2006-0398659 on June 6, 2006, is hereby released since said approvals expired
on April 1, 2008, because they were replaced by the approval of CUP 02-18x1, and are null
and void and of no further force or effect in accordance with Carlsbad Municipal Code
Section 21.42.11 0.C, and .the City Planner has the authority to execute and record a release
which terminates the Notice of Restriction.
