A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Robert Prosser was appointed to the Historic Preservation
Commission in August 2019 to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Nelson; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Prosser is eligible for reappointment; and
WHEREAS, a scheduled vacancy on the Historic Preservation Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Historic Preservation
Commission, for a term ending in April 2024, or until a replacement is appointed.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 20th day of April, 2021, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Acosta, Bhat-Patel, Schumacher.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
