Mr. Matthew: As requested, Construction Testing & Engineering, Inc. (CTE) has reviewed the referenced structural foundation plan sheet for the subject project from a geotechnical perspective. Based on our review, the plan sheets appears to be in substantial conformance with CTE’s recommendations provided in the
referenced report, and noted items from CTE’s referenced review letter (CTE, May 5, 2020) have been adequately addressed.
The document is subject to the same limitations as the referenced geotechnical report. The opportunity
