Chair Rodenhausen called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Mehan and a second by Commissioner Rangus, the
minutes of the Nov. 5, 2020 Senior Commission meeting were approved.
AYES: Chair Rodenhausen, Commissioners Mehan and Rangus
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Commissioner Sachs
ABSENT: Vice Chair Wilson
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Mehan and a second by Commissioner Rangus, the
minutes of the Feb. 4, 2020 Senior Commission meeting were approved.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
1. SR# 0321-1 ELECTION OF SENIOR COMMISSION OFFICERS -(ACTION)
Chair Rodenhausen invited commissioners to express their interest in becoming chair and
vice chair for the 2020 calendar year. Nominations were solicited for commission officers.
ACTION: After nomination and a vote by the commissio11, Commissioner Rangus was elected
as chair of the senior commission for the 2021 calendar year. After the nomination and a vote
by the commission, Commissioner Sachs was elected as vice chair of the senior commission
for the 2021 calendar year.

2. SR# 0321-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT
The Commission received a report on recently completed and upcoming Senior Center
activities and programs, as well as other topics of interest by Recreation Area Manager
Margaret Hamer.

ADJOURNMENT
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Mehan and duly seconded by Commissioner Sachs
the meeting was adjourned at 3:31 p.m. The next meeting of the Senior Commission will be
April 1, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
