City, forces have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of: Water (CMWD) IMPROVEMENTS VALUE (Specify if City or CMWD) $160,509 Sewer (City) $107,123 Streets (City) $27,114 CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS March 8. 2021 Date CITY MANAGER'S/EXECUTIVE MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
