CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I, Vincent L. Sampo, hereby certify that Tract No. 2017-0002, Map No. 16356 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2019-7000284 in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on August 1, 2019 is in error and is corrected in accordance
with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
1- Two lead and discs stamped "LS 7655" have been set, one at the northeast property corner and
the other at the south east property corner. Said monuments have been set in lieu of 2"
iron pipes with disc stamped "LS7655" as depicted in sheet 2 of Map 16356.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of
all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or
recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these corrections.
