ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
82 GRDAVE Owner, LLC has completed the contract work required for CT 16-10 Home
Avenue, DWG 507-6, SAGT-18-119, ROW2017-0768. City forces have inspected the work and
found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS
CITY MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
