AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, INVOICE STATEMENTS FOR ORGANIC AMENDMENTS AND FERTILIZERS CERTIFYING DELIVERY TO THE SITE QUANTITIES BY BULK AND/QR WEIGHT. 2. SUBMIT SUPPLIER'S STATEMENTS OF CONFIRMATION RECORDING COMPLIANCE OF ORGANIC AMENDMENTS AND FERTILIZERS WITH THESE SPECIFICATIONS 3. SUBMIT CERTIFICATES FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UPON DELIVERY TO THE JOB SITE: a. QUANTITY OF COMMERCIAL FERTILIZER AND ORGANIC FERTILIZER. b. QUANTITY OF SOIL AMENDMENTS. c.
