A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BEACH PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Jennifer Bradley was appointed to the Beach Preservation
Commission in February 2020 to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner McEachern for a term ending
in June 2021; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Bradley is eligible for reappointment, but resigned in May 2021; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Beach Preservation Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Beach Preservation
Commission, for a term ending in June 2025, or until a replacement is appointed.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 15th day of June, 2021, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Acosta, Bhat-Patel, Schumacher.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
