This memo focuses on actions and information that are new since the last update. Note: This will be the final Coronavirus Response Update. Emergency Operations Center • Emergency Operations Center staff activated to support COVID-19 mitigation and response operations and information sharing, and virtually activated to support the city’s reopening and re-staffing. Carlsbad’s rate is largely unchanged from last week at 4.35% and remains below the 4.54% rate in Encinitas and the 4.99% rate in Poway.
