' ''., ..... 1..,1 ., 1_ In accordance with your request, we have reviewed the cross-section of the brick pavers to be installed on subject property, located at 2569 Roosevelt Street, in the City of Carlsbad, State of California. The location and cross-section of the brick paved areas are shown on Sheet 3 of the Grading Plans prepared by San Diego Land Surveying and Engineering, Inc. of San Diego, California. Based on t he review, it is our conclusion that the brick pavers as designed will be adequate to support the anticipated traffic load, and emergency vehicles weighing 75,000 lbs. within the life cycle of the brick pavers, all in accordance with the CFC 503.1, 503.1 and Appendix D, Section D102.1, and the "Oreo Permeable Interlocking Concrete Paver, Pavement Design Handbook.
