RECOMMENDATION
The Board elect a Chair and Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2021/22.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Section 5.2 of the Clean Energy Alliance ("CEA") Joint Powers Agreement ("JPA") establishes the
requirement for the Board to elect a Chair and Vice Chair from the Board of Directors for each fiscal
year. The Chair and Vice Chair shall serve with no limit on the number of terms that can be held by the
Chair or Vice Chair.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
